Thomas-Schade & Associates is currently conducting a search for the
following: PROGRAM MANAGER/CORPORATE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE This
position will be responsible for the planning, development,
implementation and evaluation of a Fortune 150 manufacturers Executive
Development programs. Provide continuous needs assessment, diagnosis,
design and development of curriculum and training methodologies.
Responsible for the selection and negotiation with
vendors/consultants/top business school faculty providing services and
programs. Conduct surveys and needs assessments with participants
(executive management staff including CEO and Company Officers.
Location: Midwest major metro, relocation benefits provided
Experience Desired: Masters degree in related fields including MBA or
MS/Management required. 8+ years experience including 2-3 years
providing training programs for EXECUTIVE Level staff within a Fortune
