I see that you are getting replies from people who seem to do mostly
exec. ed. We do mostly managment development to a lower level
audience so not sure if our situation matches yours.
We do mostly one-day seminars in the $130-190 price range. We give a
10% discount for 5-9 from same company; 15% for 10-19, and the two
which have never happened to my knowledge because an in-house is much
cheaper at this level, 20% for 20-24; 25% for 25 or more. These
discounts have been in place longer than I have so don't know how
they originated. Several times a year we have 5 people from same co.
in a program (we take up to 55 in most cases).. Maybe once a year we
have more than 9.
Also, Boeing is by far our biggst customer for our public
programs--maybe 2000+ enrollments per year. We give them an across
the boar 15% discount on our seminars.
Finally we do not discount our Mini MBA for anyone, and actually
prefer not to have too many people from one company in any given
session.
Please let me know if you want any more detailed info.
