The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (a coalition of 4 hospitals) is
presenting a Physician Leadership Program in conjunction with the Management
Development Center at the University of Cincinnati. It is a 32 week
program. Classes meet one day a week from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Dinner is
available starting at 5:00 pm. The program is broken into four modules:
Understanding Health Care Changes, Effective Skills for Success in the
Health Care Environment, Total Quality Care, and Practical Applications of
Integrated Health Care Delivery.

It utilizes both local and national instructors. CME credit was secured and
we are offering up to 6 hours of MBA credit for those physicians who make
the decision to pursue graduate credit.

The coordinator of the program is Sue Russell. She can be reached at the
Christ Hospital in Cincinnati at 513-369-2394.
