We have done a 4 hour Alternative Dispute Resolution (ARD) seminar several
times for our business customers and gotton excellent evaluations. An
attorney teaches it who formerly headed up a federally/city funded
Alternative Dispute Resolution Center (she's really good!). The 4 hrs.
creates a high level of awareness of the value of using ADR processes to
settle internal personnel conflicts as well as conflits with other
businesses or customers. I am also involved with the same instructor and
another attorney to offer a 40 hour Mediation Course for Attorneys. Will be
glad to fax the 4 hour outline to anyone now and the 40 hour one in about a
month. Contact me here or e-mail me at [log in to unmask]
