Could anyone recommend a good simulation or in-basket activity that could
be used with a group in a Management Development Program for New and
Aspiring Managers?
I am looking for one that would simulate the multiple demands, placed on a
manager in the workplace.  It should focus on priority setting, decision
making, strategic thinking, time management issues for example.  Any
suggestions?
