Hello,
I am new to the list serve (about 2 weeks).  I am curious to know if there are a
ny companies that are taking a
"holistic" approach to managment (i.e. focus on the "whole person" in their huma
n resource philosophies)?  If
so, how long has this approach been used and how successful is it?
