I am new to this list, but it occurs to me that it should be a useful
place to do a bit of research.
I am adding a chapter on building relationships to my book, currently
called 'Customer-focused Training and Development' - the American
re-write/update of 'Marketing the Training Function' (Kogan Page,
London, 1993)
I am looking for any anecdotes, habits, rules, guidelines, general
comments or anything else you might think of relating to how you and/or
your colleagues form/ed and maintain/ed relationships with various
customer groups within the organisation you now or previously worked
for? (Yes, I know that's a mouthful).
For your trouble you'll get mentioned in the Acknowledgements section!!
Also, let me know if whatever you give me will need to be disguised or
can be attributed.
It would be helpful if you replied to me directly at:

Thank you very much.
