The processes that we recommend, as consultants, range from Partnering to
Open Space, Future Search and Real Time Strategic Change.  Each process can
be tailored to the needs of a client group, based on:
        * their size,
        * the focus of the plan they are implementing, and
        * their comfort-level with more open or more highly structured
processes.
 
We have some general informational materials we could send to you, and we'd
be glad to talk with you in greater depth about your own organizational
applications (on an informational basis only, of course), if you are
interested. We find it is always helpful to "compare notes" with others who
are doing similar work, externally or internally.
 
We feel that successful implementation depends upon open, flexible
communication and an approach that does not separate implementation out, as
a distinct phase from assessment, design and evaluation.  Since most of the
complex business challenges we face today require flexibility in response
and redesign, as well as early buy-in on the part of all the stakeholders,
any organizational planning, we feel, should take these considerations into
account.
