     Sea, the interactive component of the Digital OpenVMS cluster in
Oxford (MiaVX1) unexpectedly left service for a brief period of time
earlier this afternoon, Thursday, 30 November 1995.  The cause has yet
to be determined but is being investigated.
 
     Miami Computing & Information Services (MCIS) regrets any
inconvenience this brief service outages may have caused.
