If the names are the same size font, am I right in assuming that they are co-winners? That's 3 of the 4 awards here.

Dear Loretta and Rachel,

    So here are the final names for the final prizes.   There are, in fact, co-winners of the Havighurst as well, so that there will be only half as much money for each of them, but greater cheer on Wednesday.
