In accordance with practices for centrally supported Miami University
electronic mail established by the Electronic Mail Working Group in 1994-95,
the centrally supported Post Office Protocol (POP) server, po.muohio.edu, will
begin removing unretrieved mail that is more than 30 days old.
 
Unretrieved mail is electronic mail that has never been accessed by a POP mail
client application such as the Eudora desktop mail program.
 
Miami University POP e-mail users who use Eudora to access their e-mail
on po.muohio.edu at least once every 30 days should be unaffected by this
regular ongoing removal of unretrieved mail.
