MCIS will be making a small change to the configuration of Ph sometime between
8:00am and 9:00am on Monday, November 3 that should result in a significant
performance improvement for Ph queries and modifications.
 
Ph service will not be disrupted during this change.  In addition, users
shouldn't see any changes in the service (other than an increase in
responsiveness).
