I checked with Bob Black, who conferred with Shana on the "mail drop in use
errors" from yesterday.  The current thinking is that restarting all the
SAMS server processes at 14:40 yesterday afternoon cleared up this
problem.   I will check again with Sendmail to see if they have any ideas.
