Windows NT 4.0 and MUNet

Has anyone gotten Win NT 4.0 to work with dial up networking to
connect to Munet.  I had win95 on my computer before and it worked
fine.  I can't seem to get any response with NT though.  What settings
should I use as far as loging in goes?  Any help would be appreciated
privately to [log in to unmask] or publically here.  Thanks.
