This happened to me, interestingly enough.  Try trashing your Netscape folder
in your Preferences folder, and if that doesn't work, try trashing Netscape
entirely and reinstalling it.  I think I did one or the other and everything
was just fine.
 
Also, you should really stick to Netscape v3.0, those betas could be buggy.  Oh
yeah, and don't forget to save "bookmarks.html" from your Netscape folder, or
you'll lose all your bookmarks.  Later,
