Wow! 65 Longspurs. And 30 Horned Larks. Along a short stretch of road.
Simonson Rd.  I like numbers! I will do a quick search of my ebird.
That should be my high count by a huge margin! I travel a lot. And
forget numbers from say 15 years ago.....

Thanks to Brian W. for letting us Cin. area birders know about
a few spots for field birding in Hamilton.

Another 4 to 8 is predicted! Monday and Tues. Great! I will head
out again Wed! The snow is melting quick. I thought about exploring
another county for these flocks, we will see tomorrow. I only have
half a day. Too far for Brown. Warren, Clinton, or probably East Fork
in Clermont. Open water and a needed species or 2 for my SW Ohio
big year!

I have been yard watching when I can with this snow. Winter finches
would be nice! They are around, I read others getting them!
