Stopped by the Ira Trailhead prior to work this AM.  Was greeted with FOY 
Warbling Vireo and great looks at a Northern Waterthrush.  Other migrants 
of note included Blue-Gray Gnatcather, Chimney Swifts and several Yellow-
Rumped Warblers.
The NOWA marked bird #145 on my Big Year list.
