I was at Conneaut harbor early this morning and Walnut Beach in late morning.  Conneaut was pretty slow, birds there included: 7 common mergansers, 4 bald eagles, 2 black-bellied plovers, 3 greater yellowlegs, belted kingfisher, and marsh wren.  Walnut Beach had: 2 green herons, 2 Cooper's hawks, 4 bald eagles, 4 black-bellied plovers, semipalmated plover, yellow-bellied sapsucker, e. phoebe, Carolina wren, gray catbird, 3 magnolia warblers, blackpoll warbler, black-and-white warbler, black-throated blue warbler, c. yellowthroats, Am. redstart, and 6 song sparrows.  Craig Holt, Lowellville
