For yet another misinformative effort by USDA's Wildlife Services unit,
check out this journalistic report (and comments) from West Virginia:
http://dailymail.com/News/statenews/200812300201 . If you're having
trouble with crows or grackles or blackbirds, this same agency can help
you, too, with 100% legal lethal measures! Similarly misleading articles
have appeared in Ohio newspapers.
Thus far the only well-publicized eradication by Wildlife Services in
Ohio has been that which allows the Ohio Division of Wildlife's culling
of double-crested cormorants.
