A White-winged Scoter was seen around 2PM today at the Findlay Reservoirs
in Hancock County by Ed Ingold.  It was seen from the center dike, on the
larger reservoir, not far from shore.
Shane Myers and myself saw and photographed it around 4PM or so.  It was
feeding and quite unconcerned over us.  When we were there, it fed to
within 30 feet of the shoreline.
