here visiting the in-laws.
My first stop was a goose hangout on Bluelick Rd. about 2 miles west
of I-75. Here, I found, among the ~400 Canada Geese, 2 GREATER
WHITE-FRONTED GEESE and 1 SNOW GOOSE.
Then I walked the perimeter of Ferguson reservoir. The adjacent
Metzger reservoir held 3 COMMON LOONS and a nice assortment of gulls.
The gulls, which were mostly Herring Gulls, were at the north end of
the reservoir. Mixed in with them were 4 1st winter GREAT
