JANUARY 05, 2013 - Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Monthly Census.
TIME: 8:00am-12:00pm; 1:00pm-4:40pm TEMP.: 24-32-26 COND.: Chilly in the morning, warming, sunny most of the day; winds S/SW at 5-10mph.
ROUTES: Usual morning & afternoon routes.
