Black-legged Kittiwake showing well at the Galena Boat Ramp area. It was at the Cheshire boat ramp earlier this morning. Some other birders and I watched it fly south over the bridge so I headed to Galena & sure enough, it appeared shortly after. Beautiful bird.
Thx to John and his friends for letting me where they had last seen the kittiwake when I first arrived.
Common Loons were at both areas. Kingfisher at Cheshire along with close imm Bald Eagle and an adult across the lake.
Bufflehead at Galena. Nothing at spillway.
