Today again I went to Goodyear Heights Metro Park in the morning. Birds were again improved from last weekend. Many new arrivals showed up and the flocks of birds in the morning was fairly decent. All the warblers were a pleasant surprise, especially the Kentucky and Hooded, as were the tanagers, grosbeaks, and Great Crested Flycatcher.
Highlight migrants included:

Chimney Swift 6
Eastern Phoebe 1
Great Crested Flycatcher 1
Blue-headed Vireo 1
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher 2
Wood Thrush 8
Gray Catbird 1
Nashville Warbler 2
Chestnut-sided Warbler 1
Magnolia Warbler 2
Yellow-rumped Warbler 15
Black-throated Green Warbler 7
Black-and-white Warbler 3
American Redstart 3
Ovenbird 3
Kentucky Warbler 1
Hooded Warbler 1
Scarlet Tanager 5
White-throated Sparrow 5
Rose-breasted Grosbeak 3
