Help on bird i.d. on my back porch in suburb.? Usual birds include cardinal, junco, housefinch, goldfinch, chicadee
Saw a new bird:
maybe a house wren
not a carolina wren - no white eye stripe
maybe a marsh wren

The color was not browny grey like a housefinch
more reddish brown, like the top of a tree sparrow
allover brown, though?I think
smallish and plump, although it's windy and cooler this a.m.

haven't seen it again

Thanks
