There is a single Clay-colored Sparrow hanging around the grasslawn to the east of the
parking lot at the Crane Creek Visitor Center. It was pointed out to my by Ben Warner as he
was leaving to continue his big day. I watched the bird for about 20 min. from 2:30-2:45.
When I left the bird had just left the lawn and flew into a tree, but I heard it call upon leaving.
I was able to get some great photos of him.
