Sorry for late report...way to tired last night to put a coherent sentence
together...

I took off with Kurt Wray and Jay Lehman to check on the Piping Plover and
Red Knots on Baypoint Sandbar. They were all still there along with around
40-50 Sanderlings a Couple of Ruddy Turnstones, a few Least and
Semipalmated Sandpipers, a couple Semipalmated Plovers and a SB Dowitcher.
A raft of Caspian Terns made for interesting photography. Carrot Beaks were
everywhere. :-D

I then headed towards Indian Lake...the long way around. Went up along the
coast towards Magee Marsh to see if anything was working the mudflats and
coastline...not much.

Turning South, I went to Findlay Reservoir to try to find a Buffy
Sandpiper...to no avail.

Then following up on a Facebook Post, I went to Indian Lake to see if a
Stilted Sandpiper was still there, it and two Sanderlings, one Semipalmated
Plover, and 4 Leasts were mixing it up with about 400 Ring-billed Gulls, 2
Herring Gulls, 10 Caspian Terns and a Forster's Tern.

I posted a pic of the Red Knot on the Birding Ohio Facebook page...will
post more when I can stay awake longer. :-D

Happy Birding and God bless,

Steve J.
