There were indeed Lapland Longspurs in with the Horned Larks & Snow Buntings along Miller Rd. I wasn't sure at the time as the flocks were v skittish (not helped by a male N Harrier cruising by & the occ car going by) & using my car as a blind, but in going thru my photos, the darker birds I saw were indeed Lapland Longspurs. Nice mixed flock with some imm Snow Buntings as well.
