Well, as far as I know anyway, a nest osprey nest.  Sightings of an osprey at Bass Lake prompted investigation by Bass Lake resident Chris Parker.
Two nearby cell towers were suspect.  Indeed nest was found today on the top deck of the cell tower located in the ODOT yard across from the Geauga YMCA on Bass Lake Road, just north of US 322 in Munson Twp., Geauga County.  Adult bird was present on the tower as well.  Nest contents not seen.
