Sigh…..! I have no luck here. And I need some luck here! I was staring at
Trees, watching for movement. Getting on everything I could. Hopefully
Next spring. Anywhere in Ohio would be good since it is a state bird…..
The Bufflehead was seen again today, so I'll probably try for that again
For Sept. Sat. Hamilton county - Fernald.
And to round out a bad week, I am going over lists from the trip north
To try for the Limpkin. We didn’t make it into Carroll county….. I didn't
Realize two counties were so close up there at that lake. Oh, well! I'll
Be up that way again.
Nature notes - at least my garden is attracting monarchs. I planted
Milkweed. The cats have devoured it. And now I have the chrysalis's!
I am so excited.
Good birding all.
