Long-tailed Ducks are making a minor but good movement into the CLE region, with 6 offshore downtown (Rich Kassouf) and 5 off of Bay Village area today. A group of 6 has been hanging out with goldeneye offshore Lakewood area of recent. These aren't big numbers, but they're quite notable since we typically only see "ones or twos"
