Greetings all- the Snowy Owl reported from the valley in Summit County is a near-full leucistic RED-TAILED HAWK, as confirmed by multiple, multiple observers. It definitely is a shocker of a bird, as it is purely white save for very, very, very light brown tips to the wings (when seen in flight).
