Yesterday I counted 11 great egrets in the Shreve Fishpond, across from
Wright Marsh (Wayne County/Killbuck area).  I hadn't seen other egrets at
Killbuck for a couple weeks.  There were a few great blue herons, as well
as some yellowlegs and a couple other shorebirds--I didn't have time to
scope them.

I did see a solitary sandpiper feeding about 40 feet from me while I
observed the eagle nest.
