Ohio birders have added several shared bird reporting hotspots to eBird.
http://ohioebirdhotspots.wikispaces.com/

Several "stakeout" hotspots have been set up for rare bird sightings.
Information on rare bird sightings can be found by visiting this page:
http://ohioebirdhotspots.wikispaces.com/Rarities

Note that stakeout hotspots are often located at private homes or on
private property. Please be respectful and ask permission before entering
private land. If you have submitted a checklist at a personal location for
one of these rarities, please change the location of your checklist to the
stakeout hotspot.
