A bit late, but.... About 4:30 PM while mowing two days ago I flushed two
Wilson's Snipe on my property. They were hanging out in a slightly flooded
area with 4" tall vegetation. They didn't fly until I was almost next to
them - really startled me. Haha. They were not there yesterday.

A Field Sparrow has been at the feeder the past week. I haven't seen it
today, though. It might have left when the storms came through. Also a
female Hairy Woodpecker discovered the suet this week. I haven't had one of
those here for a while.
