I'd say a Ruby-crowned kinglet...the wing bars, bill, eye ring and yellow

Subject: [Ohio-birds] Little Bird ID

Can someone help me with an ID on this bird?

I found it recently feeding on some weeds in the Griggs Dam tail water area
in Columbus.

Thanks
