Hello,
Was going to head north, but the weather and a late start made me
rethink that. So chased the Glaucous Gull at the state park. Which is a
good one! It's being seen at the marina docks off and on. It goes to feed -
and fellow birders and myself saw it catch a fish - then probably roosts
on the docks. I had to wait an hour or so for it to return. Scanning
the RB Gulls here. No California here! I am liking this spot, East Fork,
and Hueston woods lake for gulls. I'll try and find spots in my eastern
SW ohio counties during my big year also.
I was thinking of staying and exploring Caeser creek more, but I was
so chilled I ended up driving and warming up in my car!
Hueston woods - Butler. The weather had closed in by then. I was
scanning for the long tailed ducks. No. They could very well still be around
there. No Snowy owl either.

Good birding all.
