I hit here this afternoon - searching for odes. Not much. But I did enjoy
The various bird species coming to the river to bathe and drink.
Killdeer, Robin, Starling, Blackbird, etc. I got to thinking of my Butler
Big year. I do plan on a lot of river watching this fall. Shorebirds, gulls,
And terns I am after. I am thinking that low level dam area.
Good birding all. I actually won't be in Butler much til August.
I have been meaning to explore adams and sciotto more. Botany and all.
And that lovely Cedar bog preserve area. Whatever county that was.
