Three Greater Scaup. They were off to one side of the Scaup flock. That
Is somewhat of the norm. Birds of a feather and all. 28 lesser Scaup. One
Canvasback lingering. 31 Tree Swallows! They were swooping down to get
Insects close to the surface. Or on the surface. Lake Barber is 15 minutes or
So from my house, so I am hitting a lot. Hoping for the more unusual diving
Ducks - which I still need for Hamilton. Nothing yet! Flickers are singing.
The usual.
Nature notes - botany is starting. I need to find time in between my chores
To hit a couple spots. I do have a guest bedroom that I am in the process of
Painting. It will get there!
