JULY 07, 2013 - Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Monthly Census.
ROUTES: Same usual morning & afternoon routes except for where closed due to eagle nesting.
TIME: 8:00am-12:00pm; 1:30pm-4:40pm TEMP.: 64-80-75
COND.: Mostly cloudy early turning mostly sunny; front moving in from west with rain from 4:15pm-4:30pm;
No mudflats available due to flooding from recent heavy rains.
