I saw a few new early migrants including at least three Eastern Phoebe near
Lake Thoreau and a Ruby-crowned Kinglet and a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher in the
woods.

Also present were late winter residents; White-crowned Sparrows and
Dark-eyed Juncos.
