Relatively quiet. Gorgeous morning to be out for a walk though.
Warblers
Redstarts—one chased a Cedar waxwing
Magnolia—3 in a group feeding together
Com YT (prob late brood nesters)
WE Vireo—begging youngsters being fed by adults
RE vireo
Brown thrasher—at least one, possibly 2
Swainson’s Thrushes
Cedar Waxwings—a couple were fly-catching despite abundant fruit
Pileated WP—lovely as it flew across a field in the morning sunlight
Red-breasted Nuthatch—heard only
I still have RT HBs at my feeders.
