Observed between 12 Noon and 12:30pm.  Great views with the scope. To
the west of the lighthouse on the inner breakwall.  Preening the whole
time.  Bird had the distinctive white throat and white hip patch.
Conditions perfect for viewing;  warm and no wind.  We left just before
the rain started.
