Saw a flock of at least 50 peeps in a flooded field on Solon Road, east of
S. Charleston Rd. All seemed to be pectoral sandpipers, but could be some
other species mixed in. Most were fluffed up and hunkered down among the
mud clods with snow flurries swirling. Also saw a horned lark at road's
edge.
