In response to Linda Helm's inquiry, it is presently 3:35PM Wednesday afternoon, the juvenile Brown Pelican is in scope view. The location is just northwest of the town of Dellroy along SR542 opposite Avalon Road (CR20). Park in the large gravel lot on the edge of the lake. There are Asplundh Tree Service trucks parked in the lot. Look directly across the lake, the Brown Pelican is about 600 feet right of the Osprey pole, 150 feet right of a tree in the water leaning 45 degrees to the left. Go about 50 feet above the water. It is in a tree with plenty of green leaves. A scope is definitely needed. The bird is a challenge to find till you know where it is. This site is the far east end of the lake.
