Although the weather didn’t appear to be very hopeful, I still ventured out since it wasn’t pouring rain. Things were slow at first but I did run across a couple mixed flocks, picking up a couple warblers I haven’t seen this fall yet. As usual, there were a couple “confusing fall warblers“ that had to remain unidentified especially since they weren’t particularly cooperative for viewing well. Overall numbers were down from yesterday’s fall out but I still had decent birding before it started pouring rain and I retreated.
