This morning (Thursday) there are still plenty of Common Loons on Eastwood
Lake.

I didn't count all of them, but there was one relatively tight group that
contained 22 birds.

The Eared Grebe was still there, as were Horned Grebes in a wide variety of
plumages.

I saw only Ring-Billed and Bonaparte's Gulls, and there was a quick fly-by
by a tern (Caspian?).

Other species seen include:

Greater Scaup
Red-Breasted Merganser
Hooded Merganser (females only)
Bufflehead
Common Goldeneye (females only)
Blue-Winged Teal
Tree Swallow
