Awesome day today seeing the Swainson's Hawk.  A few Aprils ago I went to
Arizona on business and missed seeing them there...at least I don't have to
make a trip out for this one. :-D

Here are my pics for the day.  Basically I got in the field and sat
down...it came to me...well actually it hunted grasshoppers, and didn't
care if I was there or not. I was joking with others around saying that
what it was really doing is slowly creeping up on it's real meal...a human,
but every time it gets close enough to strike, the human gets away. :-D :
