Oh, migration is so fun! Today in our neighborhood outside of Albany I had
4 new first-of-season birds: Acadian Flycatcher singing outside my bedroom
window this morning, Ruby-throated Hummingbird (male, wondering where the
hell the feeder is!), Summer Tanager calling, and Broad-winged Hawk (saw it
being harassed by a Blue Jay, then heard it calling later).
Happy migration!
