The Scissor-tailed Flycatcher reported is, I'm informed, on strictly private-to-campers-only property. I was unaware at time of posting that the site is off-limits to the public and all laws and regulations should be respected. 
Congratulations to the finders (paid campers) and please respect the wishes of the property owners.
